Type: Storage center Location: Chapecó–SC m²: 6,973.02m² In this work we face significant challenges. In addition to occupying almost 100% of the lot, the rocky and uneven ground required a foundation on two levels, in addition to a large concreting area for the floor. We also carried out a fire prevention project with a technical reserve of 108m³. The building, measuring more than 20 meters high, was also another challenge overcome.
