Bransales
Type: Storage center Location: Chapecó–SC m²: 6,973.02m² In this work we face significant challenges. In addition to occupying almost 100% of the lot, the rocky and uneven ground required a foundation on two levels, in addition to a large concreting area for the floor. We also carried out a fire prevention project with a technical reserve of 108m³. The building, measuring more than 20 meters high, was also another challenge overcome.

Cooper Fronteira sul
Type: Transport cooperative Location: Iporã do Oeste – SC m²: 2,212.21m² Time: around 12 months During the large-scale, high-quality project, we faced several challenges, including a variety of finishes, a shortage of suppliers and complex logistics. The Turn Key global scope required simultaneous activities to meet the deadline. We use prefabricated technologies and metallic materials to optimize the layout and speed up construction.

Expresso São Miguel
Type: Logistics center Location: Itajaí–SC m²: 6,075.31m² Time: 12 months We carry out the Turnkey model in this project with a focus on deadlines. We have several sectors, such as administration, distribution, mechanics and accommodation. The low load-bearing soil and difficult equipment access represented significant challenges. Precast concrete and metal structures were integrated, in addition to a large volume of drainage and finishes.

Guanabara
Type: Wholesaler Location: Pelotas–RS m²: Time: The current project is a high standard wholesale store in a challenging coastal area. The foundation involves continuous helix piles, and the technological structures are pre-cast concrete and metal profiles. An adjacent plaza is under construction. Several sophisticated finishes are prioritized, with multiple simultaneous activities to meet the deadline.

Igreja Get Church
Type: Religious temple Location: Chapecó–SC m²: 6,700 m² The project faced significant challenges, including removing wet organic soil and coordinating multiple teams. The high-quality finish and the structure divided into temple, administrative and teaching rooms were crucial. The need for a large parking capacity also proved to be a challenge to be overcome.

Distrioeste (REZZADORI)
Type: Logistics warehouse Location: Chapecó–SC m²: 8,761.67m² Time: 8 months In this high-quality project, we overcame obstacles due to its complexity, including a robust foundation and floor to withstand intense structural loads. Project compatibility saved time in execution. The building, measuring 12.5 meters high, presented challenges that were carefully addressed during construction.

Via atacadista
Type: Wholesaler Location: Chapecó–SC m²: 15,705.79m² Time: Record time of 8 months The work was completed in 8 months thanks to the execution of simultaneous activities. Integration and compatibility of complex disciplines such as electrical, hydraulic and refrigeration installations was crucial. We faced additional challenges in this project with soil containment infrastructure and reinforced concrete slab covers.
