Cumbuca Method – Promoting Learning

At SGS Construtora, we understand that knowledge is the basis of our success. We value the constant search for improvement and training of our team, as we know that well-prepared professionals result in successful projects. That's why we apply the Cumbuca Method, a powerful professional development tool created by Vicente Falconi, in our organizational culture.

The Cumbuca Method is an innovative approach that aims to promote the culture of reading and group study, regardless of the sector in which our employees work. This methodology not only encourages learning, but also contributes to professional training, qualification and team engagement.

The essence of this method lies in the selection of specific topics, related to our company's objectives, which are approached and discussed as a team based on reading books that address the topic in question. At each session, one of the group members is randomly chosen from the “cumbuca” to lead the discussion and make the connection between theory and practice in the context of our company. This approach not only strengthens our employees' commitment to acquiring knowledge, but also encourages the development of essential skills in the corporate environment. We promote the collective construction of knowledge, through rich and fruitful debates and reflections. The Cumbuca Method defends the idea that books are primary sources of wisdom, and therefore must be accessible to everyone, so that knowledge is absorbed and applied in organizational reality.

At SGS Construtora, we understand that continuous learning is essential. Therefore, we encourage our employees to cultivate the habit of reading and we strive to ensure that they are always technically and emotionally prepared to deliver their best every day. The Cumbuca Method is just one of the many paths we take to improve our professionals and ensure excellence in our projects. After all, our greatest value is knowledge and its constant search.
